The sad news reaching thedistin.com indicates that a gory accident has taken place on the Accra Kumasi highway.
According to reports gathered the accident occurred in the night 1am involving two commercial buses.
A eyewitness narrating how the accident occurred said that one of the commercial buses which coming from Kumasi to Accra overtook a vehicle and unfortunately collided with the on coming bus from Accra going to Kumasi.
Unfortunately, 16 persons have been confirmed dead and their bodies deported at the morgue.
