Extend Akufo-Addo’s term by four years – Akua Donkor petitions parliament

Ghana Freedom Party which was founded by Madam Akua Donkor has officially written to parliament to seek extension of H.E. Nana Addo Danquah Akufo Addo’s tenure by four (4) years.

In a letter sighted by adwoaadubianews.com, the leadership of the party has taken a position that President Nana Addo Danquah Akufo -Addo must be given another four years to enable him completely eradicate the coronavirus pandemic that has plagued Ghana.

They commended the president for handling the pandemic very well. The letter further indicated that, to avoid the spread of the virus, it would be dangerous to hold elections this year.
