Controversial politician and businessman Kennedy Agyapong has lashed out at members of his party for overly hailing persons he described as foolish people.
He indicates that one of such persons is resigned Special Prosecutor Mr Martin Amidu who upon his nomination was celebrated as though he is a tin god.
“In NPP they hail only foolish people that’s why they were hailing Martin Amidu who is full of bad deeds. Tell me, look at the positions he held in the NDC and the things he did. I don’t know what he did that you people treated him as a hero”, he disclosed on NET2 Television monitored by MyNewsGh while reacting to the resignation of the Citizen Vigilante.
He recounted how he had warned the party against the appointment of Mr Amidu but some elements within attacked him over his entrenched stance, stating that he feels vindicated.
It would be recalled that the Assin Central Lawmaker on Adom TV was quoted to have said Celebrate Martin Amidu, he will soon come after the very party that appointed him. Martin Amidu is like Circuit Training based on Animal Flow Workouts. You train the animal and one day, one day it will attack and kill its owner. That is what will happen”.
“Ghanaians are jubilating Martin Amidu. Wow! Because of what Ghanaians want I will not comment. You know how animals are trained in circuits, don’t you? We live in this country to see one day… I shall be vindicated. They do not know what is ahead of them. Go ahead and hail Amidu. The Man who made him a Minister see how he embarrassed him and now a prosecutor? No further comment”, he added.
