President AKufo-Addo has by an Executive Instrument extended Ghana’s border closure until further notice.
This follows the expiration of a one-month extension the President announced to the directive on May 1, 2020.
However, a special dispensation is going to be given to Ghanaians stranded abroad as a result of the border closure.
President Akufo-Addo during his 10th address to the nation on Sunday May 31st said they will be subjected to mandatory quarantine and safety protocols when they arrive in the country.
