A group calling itself Grassroots for Party Integration ( GRAFPIN) has called on the General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party Mr John Boadu and Chairman Freddie Blay to resign for publicizing Plans of the party to establish a university.
According to their convener Mr Arhin Dotobaa who spoke on Kings radio, for John Boadu to come out with party Plans without consulting the grassroots through the electoral area coordinators of the party is uncalled for.
He explained that, not only are they against the public disclosure of the plans but they are totally against what he said that, very soon a certificate from NPP university will be a requirement for occupying office in the party.
They argued that, when you go to the grassroots it is mostly people who don’t have educational background that are able to do all the ” dirty work” for the Party.
It will be highly unfair to Reject them because they don’t have a certificate to enter the upcoming NPP university.
However, the chairman for Manhyia Krabom Electoral Area Mr Tenkorang called on phone and urged them to be calm. This is because there could be more to what John Boadu publicized. Again, Chairman Freddie Blay and the executives knows Best for the party.
