AdubianewsThe Ghana Police Service has arrested a man identified as Osei Kwame, popularly known as Nsafufoo, for unlawfully possessing and wearing a police uniform without authorization.
He was apprehended in Antoakrom, located in the Manso Nkwanta District of the Ashanti Region, after a video surfaced online showing him allegedly intoxicated while dressed in full police gear. The footage sparked public concern, prompting swift action from authorities.
Kwame is currently in police custody and assisting with ongoing investigations as officials work to determine how he acquired the uniform and whether he impersonated an officer.
The police have urged the public to report similar cases to protect the integrity of the service.
