”I am very confident that we will overcome it. Fortunately for us, the number of people who have died in Ghana is very very small. Each death is unfortunate but never the less, the numbers in Ghana are small and the numbers of people who have been hospitalized as a result of the COVID-19 and are in severe conditions are also small at the moment”. Expressing his optimism of winning the battle against the deadly COVID-19, the President said ”We pray to God that it continues that way. So that we can go back to more or less normal. It may be a different normal. We may have to be wearing the mask for some time but at least we can be free of some of the other restrictions”.
