Prophet T.B Joshua, the general overseer of the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN) on Monday, November 2, made some predictions ahead of the ongoing United States (US) presidential election.
Although he did not make any prophecy on who will eventually win the much-talked-about poll, TB Joshua forecasted that Christians who are in full support of President Donald Trump will be disappointed in the end, The The Nation reports.
However, he called on them to find succor in the newly appointed US Supreme Court Judge, Amy Coney Barrett, who was picked by Trump.
The famous Nigerian cleric noted that Christians should be joyful over the fact that Barrett will be used as an instrument of check.
He said:
“We Christians would have loved it to go the way we wanted. But the Bible says it is never proper to base our faith on our improvement after prayer. We should not worry. The joy is that the new Supreme Court Judge, Amy Coney Barrett, will be an instrument of check.
“Finally, let us learn how to believe that God hears us when we pray – it is a much greater blessing. There is likely going to be pockets of resistance here and there but nothing will change. Let me reserve what I am seeing until the inauguration of the new president.”
