Charles Francis “Chuck” Feeney is an Irish-American businessman and philanthropist and the founder of The Atlantic Philanthropies, one of the largest private foundations in the world. He made his fortune as a co-founder of the Duty Free Shoppers Group.
Reports gathered indicates that the billionaire has finally gone broke after he gave out his wealth to charity on the promise of he wanting to die a broke man. The billionaire once disclosed that it is a lot more fun to give while you are alive than to give whilst you are dead.

Report gathered from Forbes indicates that the billionaire has over the last 4 decades donated over $8 billion to universities, charities and a number of foundations through his foundation which happens to be the Atlantic Philanthropies.
This is what he had to say in an interview with Forbes; ”We learned a lot. We would do some things differently, but I am very satisfied. I feel very good about completing this on my watch.
He also expressed his appreciation saying; “My thanks to all who joined us on the journey and to those wondering about giving while living, try it, you;ll like it.”
