A middle aged man has been caught by a spell for an alleged theft in a village in the Central region.
The alleged victim was seen laying on the ground and groaning in pain with two brooms placed around his neck and being dragged on the ground by a middle aged woman.
A voice could be heard telling the man to confess otherwise he may die. But the ‘adamant’ man insisted that he was not the one who stole the item.
In the village setting, this is one of the ways of identifying a culprit. But it is unclear what exactly he may have stolen.
