“We should be worried China has started producing and exporting Cocoa” – John Dumelo warns.

Popular Ghanaian actor and Politician, John Dumelo reacts to the news of China producing and exporting Cocoa.

Reports from China daily indicates that, some parts of China has started producing their own Cocoa as they just exported a quantity of the Cocoa beans to Belgium.

After the news was broken to other parts of the world, most Cocoa producing countries including Ghana, find it as a threat to their Cocoa productivity.

John Dumelo, a Ghanaian actor and Politician who is also into farming has confirmed the news being a threat to Ghana in some years to come.

“As the second largest producer of Cocoa, we(Ghana) should be worried China has started producing and exporting Cocoa to Belgium albeit small quantities.”

 He warned.
