Some aggrieved New Patriotic Party NPP faithful’s in the Central Region have warned Bono Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party NPP Abronye that, if Mrs Esi Kosi Yankey the Executive Director of NBSSI is sacked by the President, then NPP should forget winning Central Region in 2024.
In an interview with Central Regional correspondent of Dynamic Star Radio, the group leader Explained that, nobody should dare try touching their icon in government because there are few appointees in Akufo Addo’s government coming from the Central Region.
“If Abronye wants Akufo Addo to dissolve NBSSI and render Dr Esi Kosi Yankey as jobless, then 2024 will be interesting. They should forget our votes. we will not campaign or hold any activity for them”
“‘ Abronye, if you want to know how npp lost, it’s not NBSSI, check your Bono Region and know how you shamefully reduced NPP votes with your acidic mouth from 11 seats to 4. Leave Dr Esi Kosi Yankey alone” They fired on the radio.
Abronye DC had threatened that he will make sure NBSSI headed by Esi Kosi Yankey is dissolved by the President because they failed to disburse some funds allocated to them properly and that led to voting apathy in the 2020 Elections
