Some 10,000 have died from bird flu in Ghana. This is according to the Ministry of Health. According to the Ministry, the outbreak of avian influenza — also known as bird flu — has affected chicken products.
Ghana last recorded bird flu in 2015.
The Ministry said the flu is spreading from the neighbouring of countries Togo, Nigeria, Niger, Burkina Faso, Mauritania and Senegal.
