A young woman has shared a chilling experience of being stalked for over three hours by an unidentified man after she and her friends left a nightclub.
According to her account, the man began trailing the group on foot after they declined his offer of a ride. What started as a casual refusal quickly escalated into fear and panic, as the man continued to follow them persistently for hours, even forcing the women to flee through bush paths at one point to avoid him.
Fortunately, the situation was brought under control when police officers intervened and restrained the man. The young woman expressed deep gratitude to the officers, stating that they were already close to home when help finally arrived.
The incident has sparked renewed calls for awareness around women’s safety during nightlife activities and the need for swift police response in stalking cases.
