Stonebwoy’s BHIM Festival 2025 rescheduled to December 24 at Accra Sports Stadium

Organisers of the BHIM Festival have announced a new date for the event’s 10th anniversary edition, now set for December 24, 2025, at the Accra Sports Stadium. The celebration, originally planned for December 26, has been moved forward to improve logistics and ensure a better experience for fans.

In a statement, the Burniton Music Group (BMG) and the BHIM Festival Secretariat explained that the rescheduling was necessary to enhance overall event coordination — including security, traffic management, and crowd control — in collaboration with the Ghana Police Service and the Ghana National Fire Service.

The organisers further noted that the change became unavoidable following the date adjustment of Taste the Culture, an event by the Black Star Experience, which was rescheduled to coincide with the BHIM Festival. To avoid a clash and reduce congestion around the venue, BMG opted to shift the date despite the financial implications.

BMG expressed appreciation to the Ghana Tourism Authority (GTA) for its support in facilitating the transition and helping secure the stadium amid the packed December events calendar.

“We believe this decision demonstrates our commitment to harmony within Ghana’s December events calendar. It’s a reminder that collaboration, not competition, strengthens the creative industry,” the statement said.

The organisers apologised to fans for any inconvenience caused by the date change, assuring that all previously purchased tickets remain valid and can be used at the new date without issue.

As the 10th anniversary of the BHIM Festival approaches, organisers have promised an unforgettable night of world-class performances, unity, and a vibrant celebration of Ghanaian music and culture.
