The member of Parliament for Bawku Central Mahama Ayariga has advised flagbearer of the opposition NDC John Dramani Mahama to name his running mate for the upcoming 2020 elections.
According to the legislator, John Mahama is delaying in naming his running mate which he says is very dangerous for the 2020 polls.
“Somewhere in March and in April, people didn’t really want to pay attention to who’s going to be whose running mate, but going forward from now, people are going to be asking what is holding you. Yes we are dealing with COVID, we are even relaxing the restrictions and people are advocating for the relaxation of the restrictions so why are you not mentioning your running mate?” he quizzed.
” i think that there has been a delay and I think that the flagbearer as soon as he can should announce a running mate because he needs a running mate to support him.
