Bono Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Kwame Baffoe, also known as Abronye DC has filed a complaint against the former President, John Mahama at the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) of the Ghana Police Service.
The vociferous chairman of the NPP said he filed a counter complaint against the 2020 NDC flagbearer when he appeared before the CID to be interrogated on why he accused the former President of having a hand in the death of President Mills.
John Mahama had reported Abronye DC to the CID for alleging in a video that he (Mahama) is planning to kill some people in the NPP including himself, Abronye DC.
Abronye had also alleged in the video that the former President had a hand in the death of President Mills.
Mahama through his Lawyers filled a complaint against Abronye DC at the Police Headquarters.
The CID invited Abronye and took his caution statement and subsequently released him.
The vociferous NPP Chairman claimed that he also filled a complaint against the former President when he visited the CID.
He is thus expecting the Police to invite Mahama to also respond to the allegations leveled against him.
The NPP firebrand said he will make the contents of his complaints against Mahama available in due course.
