Though the daughter is 18, age which makes her matured enough to marry, the father flogged her for disobeying his orders.
The add insult to injury, whiles she was crying throughout the beatings, someone was busy videoing.
The video has surfaced on the internet attracting diverse comments from those in support of the beating and those against the act.
