The National Deputy General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Mr Peter Boamah Otokunor says the way that the gathering’s heads gave over their proclamation to the flagbearer on July 1 doesn’t oblige them to dispatch it early.

Mr Otokunor said that with all the guarantees the flagbearer has made on his battle field, NDC may not require a declaration.
