Artist Condemned To Death For Disrespecting The Quran.

An artist has been condemned to death by a Kano Shari’a Court for disrespect against Prophet Muhammad.

In any case, he has bid the judgment.

The performer recognized as Yahaya Sharif-Aminu was condemned to death on August 10, 2020, and was given 30 days by the court to request the judgment, implying that the time would slip by on Wednesday, September 9.

Sharif-Aminu in a suit documented on Thursday by his legal counselor Kola Alapini said that he was disappointed with the judgment of the court.

He depicted the Kano State Penal Law 2000 as unlawful, invalid and void, having terribly disregarded and clashed with the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (1999) as corrected and having abused the Human Rights and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights separately.
