The 2022 FIFA World Cup is scheduled to be November to December, 2022. It is the 22nd edition of the FIFA World Cup, The quadrennial international men’s association football championship contested by the national teams of the member associations of FIFA.
The African section of the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualification acts as qualifiers for the 2022 FIFA World Cup, to be held in Qatar, for national teams which are members of the Confederation of African Football (CAF). A total of 5 slots in the final tournament are available for CAF teams.
