Fella Makafui, wife of Sister Derby’s ex-boyfriend Medikal is celebrating her daughter Island Frimpong for being a month today.
She shared a video of herself playing her mother’s role with the caption:

In reaction, her husband – who doubles as one of the hardest rappers in Ghana – Medikal wrote:

Island Frimpong is the only child of the two since they recently got married.
