Deputy Communications Officer of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) Mr. Kwaku Boahen has said, no amount of spiritual powers the NPP may seek, or how strategic their campaign can save President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo from losing the 2020 presidential election.
According to Mr. Kwaku Boahen, comparing the achievement of Former President John Dramani Mahama to that of President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo he (John Mahama) is far ahead hence there is no way Ghanaian are going to choose the NPP ahead of his party.
“He (Akufo Addo) can seek all spiritual powers from the sea, from a Mallam or even the Pope himself, Akufo-Addo will lose this election. It can never happen, Nana Addo can run to a Mallam or go beneath the earth, and he will still lose the 2020 elections”. Mr. Kwaku Boahen said this in an interview with Kumasi-based Nhyira FM monitored by MyNewsGH.com.
According to him, looking at the juicy policies captured in the People’s Manifesto of the NDC there is a clear indication that Ghanaians are going to vote massively for his party and John Mahama their flag bearer in the 2020 elections.
“Today Ghanaian have come to realized that everything the NPP said against Former President John Dramani Mahma ahead of the 2016 are all lies, Kwaku Boahen said adding that the “NPP rather destroyed a good work”. He claimed.
He also accused President Akufo-Addo of borrowing huge sums of money than any other president in the history of the country yet there is nothing to show.
“Upon all the loans Nana Addo has taken, he has not been able to build not even a single hospital, school neither has he constructed a new road”, Mr. Boahen chided.
He challenged the president to openly showcase his project publicly to Ghanaians if he says he has done better.
