KNUST SRC budgets: over GHS900,000 on 2020/2021 First Semester.
The Student Representative Council (SRC) of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) has released the Mid-Year Budget Statement (First Semester).
And from the details on the statement, they budgeted amount for this period was GHS996,250.
Comments gathered on social media indicates that Ghanaians are stunned at the huge amount of money used by a student governing body in just the first semester.
Complaints were made particularly about the cost of SRC website which they claim cost GHS10,000.
Most netizens remarked that it should have cost less.
