As the First Woman to lead an Internet Company in Ghana over two decades ago, Tin-Ifa Ghana introduced Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and it’s now a phenomenon all over.
I had over 80 employees across Ghana, but I never got any nomination or recognition. 21 years down the lane with just a handful of workers, I get nominated as The Best CEO of the Year for 2020 and I won even through the Covid-19 pandemic.
