The project is one of the initiatives under the government’s One-District-One-Factory policy implemented in 2017.
The policy was implemented to help add values to raw materials in the country leading to creating of jobs and improving the economic status of the country.
According to the Information Ministry, this plant is a concrete manifestation that the new paradigm of economic development, which this administration has been vigorously pursuing since 2017.
