Abass Dodoo, a UK-based Ghanaian drummer has revealed how he started playing for the Queen of England, Queen Elizabeth II, and the British Royal Family.
In an interview with Ameyaw Debrah of Ameyaw TV, Dodoo shared that the monarchy found him online, and reached out to him to be a part of an upcoming event.
His first performance for the Royal Family was during the Golden Jubilee celebrations of the Queen.
“One thing that I know is do it well, so when they were looking for an African drummer, they found me online for the first time and said they want me to play for the Royal Family,” Dodoo said.

“What they want, I deliver it so well that they keep coming.”
He also added that he has been promoting Ghana around the world, and is in the process of introducing himself to Ghanaians.
He was supposed to have switched off just one light of the lady he was not interested in while maintaining the one he wanted, but he did otherwise.
