A throwback video on social media that has gone viral shows the moment Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams predicted a youth uprising occurring in Ghana if nothing changes.
According to the preacher, speaking to Paul Adom Otchere a few years ago, the youth in Ghana have no hope and people without hope are dangerous beings.
Duncan-Williams warned that if the politicians don’t change things and fix the country to improve the lives of the youth, they would rise up soon enough.
He didn’t even give it as a prophecy – it was a prediction from someone who has observed Ghanaian society and he’s been proven completely right.
The youth have risen up in recent weeks fighting the political class for the numerous problems enveloping the country to be fixed.
Duncan-Williams’ video has popped up again in the midst of this struggle.
