Speaking to this issue on Metro TV’s Good Evening Ghana on 11th May 2021 at 9:00 pm, the General Manager of Citi FM/TV, Bernard Avle has described the incident as unwarranted. He wondered why the National security personnel will come to pick up a lady in that “rambo” style.
“I do not understand why they will come with Kaleb in a police car and still in handcuffs to pick up Zoe. It left everyone at the premises traumatized. Kaleb himself looked very traumatized after he was released after about 5 hours of being detained. Even though he tried to downplay the fact that he is traumatized, given his jovial nature, I could see it around him. So we told him to take some shower and rest. Even if someone does something wrong, this should not be the manner for punishing him or her”, Bernard said. Currently, the two staff have been released to their employer.
