Hundreds of NABCO service providers say they have not been paid their stipend for several months although, they go to work every day, pay transport fares and struggle to survive.
According to them, they have met all the requirements but have still not received their monthly stipend between two to 12 months.
A spokesperson for the aggrieved beneficiaries Kenneth Kawunda told Nyankonton Mu Nsem on Rainbow Radio 87.5Fm that Dr. Anyars Ibrahim, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), would be in office if he has not received his salary for months.
He said it is pure wickedness for authorities to refuse to pay them their arrears for months.
He also indicated they were promised permanent employment but that has not been done.
He decried they are struggling to survive and was important for the areas to be paid with immediate effect.
