Issues of overcrowding in dormitories and classrooms, dining halls are some of the challenges confronting some schools.
Also, others are currently studying under trees due to the lack of space and infrastructure.
Some heads of the affected schools he disclosed have refused to come public with their challenges for fear of losing their jobs.
In one of the several videos he shared, a dormitory of a school [name witheld] is overcrowded with some students sleeping on their mattresses on the floor.
He told Rainbow Radio that the ”culture of silence was indeed real because people are scared to voice our despite the serious challenges confronting the secondary education sector”.
He said the government has sacrificed quality for the poor management of free secondary education.
In a video he shared, he wrote: ”They are not prisoners, they are students. It’s not a prison, it’s a dormitory.
