One of the political issues that was trending in Ghana was the NIA Boss, Professor Ken Attafuah’s comments on how President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo instructed him not to recruit any NPP foot soldier.
This comment got many people to react angrily. Kennedy Agyapong, Member of Parliament for Assin Central, was one of the high political stalwarts who showed complete displeasure of the comment and decision of Professor Ken Attafuah’s and Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo respectively.
Another personality who has publicly shown a great disappointment in Professor Ken Attafuah is Captain Smart. He made this known on his show on the Smart TV. According to him, the huge non-professionalism displayed by the NIA Boss was scandalous. Based on Captain Smart’s statement, he really doubted as to whether Attafuah was really a professor. He narrated how he interviewed Professional on Fox FM. Captain Smart described the level of confidentiality displayed during that interview as “super class”.
This is what Captain Smart said; “I have a problem with a man called Ken Attafuah. Are you truly a professor? Are you sure? I said earlier on that I will deal with you tomorrow but I plan on dealing with you right now. You have really surprised me. I want to understand. Let us remember when you were at the National Reconciliation Commission. I interviewed you when I was at Fox FM. You told me that certain information are classified.
They are only accessible to officers at that commission. The ones that are meant for the public domain are exposed to the public at the right time. That is what I call superclass confidentiality. So how come you decided to tell the general public what the President of The land secretly told you. You see how you have ended.”
