Madam Ursula Owusu is part of the women who are empowering females and motivating them to aim higher. She represent the government in the Ablekuma west and is also known for her position as a lawyer.
Ursula has served under the leadership of the president, his excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Alufo-Addo for some years now and has diligently executed her tasks and worked so hard.
In an interview with Ursula, she revealed the reason behind her decision to quit her job. Sometimes, the people we see in high places and on televisions looking trouble-less are actually people who are going through certain problems. And even though they go through these problems, they put on fake smiles and make everything look or seem okay.
Ursula Owusu has recounted how she quitted her job sometime ago and decided to work towards her dream. Ursula revealed in one of her seminars where she was seen speaking to the youth and the ladies especially that they need to chase their dreams.
She revealed that she was on top of her class and this earned her some opportunities to work with a company which she refused to mention. After having this opportunity, she was still topping and becoming the worker of the month on several occasions.
However, when there was time for promotion, she was looked down on just because she was female and this made her quit this job. She revealed that she saw that she deserved more and needed to work towards her goals and do something even better.
This is the bold step or decision which she claims landed her in the position she is currently finding herself. The encouraging and insightful words were applauded by the attendees.
