The Odawna area in Adabraka is noted for being a flood prone area.
One of the reasons this is so is because the drains are almost always heavily choked due to human activity.
Unfortunately anytime residents or shop owners desilt the drains, they leave the rubbish by the side of the street.
It stays there for days and sometimes washed back into the drains when it rains.
This week for instance, Graphic Online has observed the disturbing phenomenon which is rampant within the area.
