Controversial football Administrator Kofi Manu [Blue Boy], has claimed Justice Anin Yeboah’s downgrade from FIFA’S Disciplinary Chairman to the Vice-Chair role is due to his flawed election ruling at the 2020 election petition.
The football administrator who is serving a one-year ban believes the poor results of the Chiefs Justice’s quest to retain his role as the FIFA Disciplinary Chairman role to now Vice-Chair is simply due to his handling of the 2020 elections at the Supreme Court.
Kofi Manu did not mince words when he appeared on the Gumbe Show on XYZ TV, the tough-talking football administrator is of the view a whole lot of issues culminated in his current fortunes at FIFA.
“When the time was due and we wanted a new person to fill the FIFA Disciplinary Chair role ordinarily after his four years he should have won the elections for his mandate to be renewed but two other people contested him in the elections, after the voting he did not get the highest vote to become the Chairman of FIFA Disciplinary Chair. Now he is the Vice-Chairman and is because of Anas issue and the election petition”.
Anin Yeboah has been in the news in recent times when he reported Dr. Dominic Ayine to the General Legal Counsel over comments made by the former Deputy Attorney General against the Supreme Court.
