According to Efia Odo, most Ghanaian celebrities are quick to trend and hashtag international issues but reluctant to do same about issues in the country.
She said that people are being killed in the country but these celebrities who are supposed to use their influence to speak on behalf of their fans are pretending not to see what is going on.
She took to her Facebook and wrote;
(Some) Celebs will be quick to hashtag international issues. Their own people dey bleed but they’re behaving as if they haven’t seen. Your fans are dying and you’re mute. Pathetic!!!

Meanwhile, Efia Odo has expressed her frustration after she was attacked by the Bono Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Abronye DC on National TV.
Abronye DC has been one of the many politicians fighting against the #FixTheCountry campaigners especially the celebrities who have joined the trail to go against the Akufo Addo-led government.
While lambasting the #FixTheCountry campaigners on Wontumi TV, Abronye DC said that the likes of Efia Odo who used to date some of the NDC politicians during Mahama’s turn in office were being spoilt with money.
Reacting to this, Efia Odo debunked all the claims made by the politician on TV. She also lamented how Abronye DC has been tarnishing her image to the public simply because she wants her voice to be heard.
