The Amasaman Police has arrested one Agya Owusu for threatening to kill his five-year-old daughter.
The suspect tied the victim in the neck to a huge stone with a dog chain.
The man who lived in a compound House at Oduman in Amasaman had also surrounded the victim with dogs.
He had also threatened to unleash mayhem on neighbours who had attempted to rescue the minor.
A viral video of the incident captured the man saying: ”she is my child and I can do whatever I want with her. I dare any government official to come to tell me that I have offended the law. She is a witch and a bad girl.”
Agya Owusu, who was caught in a heated argument with his co-tenants, attempted to destroy the phone of another who was capturing the incident with a phone.
