Leader of the #idey4U campaign, John Dumelo, says he is available for the resurrection of the Komenda Sugar factory. He promised that the factory would start producing sugar within six months under his care.
Entrepreneur and political member of the opposition party, John Dumelo, has decided to channel his resources to help revive the Komeda Sugar Factory. The actor turned farmer is ready to invest in the ‘dying’ sugar factory.
“I can revive the Komenda sugar factory if given the mandate. That factory will start producing sugar within 16 months( considering planting and harvesting of sugarcane). The factory needs about 200,000 tons of sugarcane(pa) to operate at full capacity. We can do it!”
