Diella TekuPopular gospel musician and evangelist Edward Akwasi Boateng recently shared his ongoing search for a “virtuous woman” to remarry, reflecting on the challenges of finding someone who truly values commitment. Boateng, who has been single for the past five years, described his difficulty in finding a genuine partner who aligns with his faith and values. In an interview with Bra Kwaku on Elvis Anokye TV monitored by adwoaadubianews, com, he spoke about his experiences and the qualities he hopes to find in a life partner.
“A good woman is scarce,” Boateng expressed, explaining how modern relationships can be fleeting, with many women, in his view, prioritizing material gain over genuine connection. “A lot of women are around, but few possess the qualities needed for a lasting relationship,” he added, noting that rushing into marriage can be dangerous when those virtues are lacking.
Boateng emphasized that his search is also rooted in his faith, pointing out that the Bible says “it is not good for a man to be alone.” When asked about his children’s readiness to accept a stepmother, the musician asserted that his decision to remarry is personal and based on his needs rather than their preferences.
Reflecting on his past, Boateng revealed that his former wife left him when he fell on hard times financially.
