Ghanaian actress and social media personality Akuapem Poloo is said to have been slammed with a fine of GH¢100,000 after pleading guilty to having exposed her nudity during a photoshoot with his son who was celebrating his birthday.
The case which was chaired by Mrs. Christiana Cann stated that the only reason under which Akuapem Poloo can be granted bail was if he an amount of GH¢100,000 with four sureties and two of which should be justified with property worth GHS 100,000.
The court further went ahead to state that the properties which would be sent for approval would be kept by the court’s registry till the case has been finalized in court .
She further called for her to appear before the court again on the 23rd of November for another hearing which might determine the final verdict to be given.
