According to Peter Mawuli Ekpe, the head of communications for the Film Producers Association of Ghana (FIPAG), often known as Abro, all of the celebrities who have supported the National Democratic Congress (NDC) are bankrupt.
He claims that this group includes both former and current NDC supporters. Abro made this obvious during his discussion with Tony Best on Akoma FM’s Entertainment 360.
The outspoken PRO believes that the NDC has no better offer to extend to any famous person who has previously or now supported the political party.
“In Ghanaian politics, all the movie actors, actresses and musicians who joined the NDC have all run at a loss and the last person of such nature is actor Michael Afrane.
“Look at how late Jewel Ackah ended up, today Mr Beautiful sells Coconut and SugarCane by the roadside, Maame Dokono also complained at a point.”
