Mr. Anthony Paa Kwesi Sackey, the Central Regional Manager of Micro-Finance and Small Loans Center (MASLOC) has panned the flagbearer of the restriction National Democratic Congress (NDC) John Dramani Mahama over Akyem Mafia, Sakawa young men articulation.
Talking on The Platform program on Peace FM, he stated: “The miserable part of this entire adventure is for the previous President to stoop so low and allude to the President as Akyem Sakawa grandpa. This is the manner by which low we have diminished our administration… we have a previous president looking for the command of Ghanaians intensely depicting an entire ethnic gathering as sakawa; wow!!!

The previous President has been confronting reaction over what the decision NPP has portrayed as a support of an ancestral remark made by the MP.
Isaac Adongo responding to the dubious Agyapa Royalties bargain said the understanding was false including ‘the Akyem Sakawa young men and grandpas must go’.
President Akufo-Addo has communicated his mistake in this comment.
As indicated by him, “once in a while, one would trust when things come out, individuals will remark on them. The remark made by my adversary: ‘Akyem Sakawa’ individuals, I have not heard any well known person in this nation or anyone remark on it.”
