FrimpongGeneral Overseer of the International Central Gospel Church, Pastor Mensah Otabil is entreating the African Continent to wake up, arise and build from this period.
Pastor Otabil preaching through an online service, Sunday, June 7 charged Africa as a continent not to be disturbed by the ongoing chaos in the world but rather “rise stronger and build firmly to turn our captivity around.”
According to the ICGC head, in spite of the pulling down, uprooting, wastage and ashes in the continent, God is raising up anointed individuals to plant and rebuild in his beauty, glory and greatness.
“Africa should be tired of begging, defeat and looking up to the West for survival and produce, manufacture and prosper. This is the time we have been preparing for and we need to take advantage and rebuild event though we are in difficult times”, he added.
The General Overseer indicated that Africa, in an effort to rise up and produce, the continent is likely to be mocked and ridiculed but that should not discourage countries like Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa and the others to give up but move beyond that and rebuild.
He cited an example of how countries like Japan and China in their efforts to manufacture cars in the 1960s were ridiculed as substandard or fake yet they persevered and are now producing quality cars for other countries.
Pastor Mensah Otabil finally prophesied that God is about to pour his special grace on Africans both young and old with special abilities, skills and capabilities to rebuild, invent and produce to make the continent great.
“Africa will not be mocked forever, Africa will rise and defend itself soon.”
