On yesterday’s “The Seat” show on Net2 TV, a video was aired which showed quiet a number of Ghanaian girls sttranded in Lebanon. The video which was aired showed that these girls were seriously stranded and needed urgent attention.
Reports has it that they were promised to be evacuated to Ghana and nothing has surfaced with regards to that. In this new video, they were serious pleading with the Government of Ghana to evacuate them back home calling on the President of Ghana, Kennedy Agyapong, Rebecca Akufo-Addo and other prominent people in Ghana who can do something about their situation.
Well, the good news is that the MP for Assin Central, Honorable Kennedy Akompreko Agyapong has pledged to donate a whooping $100,000 via phone call on “The Seat” show just to help bring the girls back home. He also urged Ghanaians who can also help to donate the little they can to help curb the situation.4
