FrimpongPresident Akufo-Addo would win the impending 2020 elections and would lead by a huge margin just like an experienced father would win an inexperienced son in battle, the Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party has said.
The 2020 elections in his view “is a father and son election” tagging President Akufo-Addo, the father and former President John Mahama, his son.
Mr. Bernard Antwi-Boasiako continued that when the placement of each candidate on the ballot paper is properly scrutinized, one would come to a realization that God didn’t put John Mahama at an odd place but directly after President Akufo-Addo to show that “He has chosen Nana Addo ahead of John Mahama”.
In an interview on the Wontumi Morning Show which was monitored by Wontumionline.com, the NPP Chairman stated that he tips President Akufo-Addo to retain political power due to the fact that he has brought massive development to Ghanaians.
Listing some of the development undertaken by the incumbent government, Mr. Bernard Antwi-Boasiako popularly known as Chairman Wontumi stated that President Akufo-Addo, “has brought development to every district and provided ambulances and dams for deprived areas.”
Touching only policies by the NPP government that has directly benefitted everybody, he noted that the government of President Aufo-Addo has “provided free water and electricity for us.”
