CEO of Rufftown records, Ricky Nana Agyeman popularly known as Bullet in the showbiz has taken to his social media accounts to reveal his plans of moving his record label to Nigeria due to lack of support.
According to his latest post on Instagram, some laws in the country restricts the artist from making money from their creativity.
He claim the laws are crippling record labels in country because the laws are not even helping. On Instagram, he wrote:
“Ghana is not a place to operate a record label business and this is very sad.
Record labels do not make money from just shows where their artistes are billed to perform, majority of the money comes from endorsement deals.
You people are always goofing with your laws.
Do you guys have any idea of the devastating effects of covid-19 on the creative arts.
