AdubianewsThe Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS) has decided that the choice of the GFA Elections Committee to preclude Wilfred Kweku Osei, lovingly called Osei Palmer from the 2019 GFA Election is substantial.
The choice methods Kurt Okraku will remain on as the FA President with no re-appointment requested.
On Wednesday morning CAS, after a few deferment conveyed the decision which is probably going to carry conclusiveness to a since quite a while ago extended lawful cycle.
Palmer was challenging the authenticity of the current authority of the FA at the Court of Arbitration for Sports.
He was seen as blameworthy of breaking GFA codes and was hence kept from challenging the decisions that saw the appearance of Kurt Okraku and eleven other Executive Council individuals.
