AdubianewsThe Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has announced scheduled and emergency power maintenance works from Monday, August 4 to Tuesday, August 5, 2025, across parts of the Greater Accra, Tema, Ashanti, and Volta regions.
The utility company explained that these maintenance activities are essential to enhance power supply stability and efficiency. Affected customers have been advised to take note of the service interruptions and plan accordingly.
On Monday, August 4, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., the following areas will experience planned power outages:

Legon Bypass
ECG apologized for any inconvenience caused and emphasized that the maintenance is critical to improving service quality in these communities.
