The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has released a new load shedding timetable expected to begin on Thursday, May 27 to June 11, 2021, in Accra.
According to the ECG, the planned outage is to enable the completion of construction works on the Kasoa Bulk Supply Point.
The latest planned power outages come few days after a similar exercise by the ECG ended on Monday, May 17.
The next phase of the outages will be during the evenings, from 6 pm to midnight, affecting several areas which have been grouped into three – A, B and C for effective management of the schedule.
