In a video monitored by Adwoaadubianews.com, Policemen could be seeing with setups of Electoral ballot boxes and demonstrating how the snatchers might on a motorbike.
The video further teaches how Personnels of the service should be able to deal with such people should incase anything of that sorts happen.
